Comfort Suites Niceville Near Eglin Air Force Base

The staff were very personable. We appreciate our first vacation as a family and ended up booking one additional night lol. The room was clean the only thing I didn't like was the coffee/tea maker I overflowed and made a mess every time lol although my husband never had an issue when he used it. Breakfast was on point everyday and a cute little pool that we got to enjoy pretty much by ourselves. Plus we brought our dog and she was treated with the same kindness and our family. We will definitely be back thanks

Very good overall cleanliness of the room and hotel common areas. I stay here regularly (about every other month) and the hotel is very clean. The free breakfast is usually pretty good. I also stay here because I feel safe. My husband and siblings also always stay here when they are in the area, based on my recommendation, and they like this hotel a lot too.

The breakfast provided was good. The staff hustled to keep up with the customer's needs during the peak time periods. They did a great job! In fact their efforts brought my overall staff rating up. Next survey should rate staff of various elements individually to get true results (i.e. customer service desk, maintenance, breakfast staff).

The place itself was amazing but the clerk at the front desk charged my card twice. The money was back on my account but I had to go to corporate to get the funds back on my card. The charge on my card was fraudulent charges an the clerk denied overcharging my card an this made me not want to stay there again. That's sad because the room an hotel is very nice.

I stay here every couple of months visiting family so I've seen the changes over the past several years. Hotel was updated a few years ago and it still looks new. Hotel is always very clean. The staff is great...very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast which is included with your stay is a great deal...and coffee all day. Love the free cold fruit infused water too.
